7-Day Checking Warranty

Every order comes with a 7-day return & checking warranty from the date of delivery. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our Contact page or WhatsApp.
  2. Describe the issue and include your order number.
  3. We will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Item must not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window without prior approval.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
